We will organise everything for you, and feed you for 3 days. We wont even let you wash up your mug.

What is it?

Reignite is a holistic women's retreat. This is your  chance to get together with old friends and new, switch off from the daily grind and just BE. The aim for the weekend is to really reconnect with yourselves and to relax, reset and realign. You'll come away feeling spiritually, physically, and emotionally renewed - ready to approach life with your new found spark.

What can you expect?

  3 days (2 nights fri/sat) Starting at 2pm on the Friday and ending just after mid day on the Sunday.

You will be greeted with welcome snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and non alcoholic drinks for the entirety of your stay.

You'll have the opportunity to take part in a variety of soul-nourishing activities including a welcome circle, flower headdress making, sound baths, yoga, meditation, sea dips, silent disco sound journey, mindful art and more - with plenty of time for woodland exploration and me-time.

The fully inclusive menu has been developed by a nutritionist (www.youtrition.co.uk ) and chef, prepared to nourish you from the inside out. The menu is vegetarian and gluten free, (can be made vegan)
